Terms of Service – Hunt’s Dog Waste Control – October 03, 2025
Introduction
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the website https://HuntsDogWasteControl.com and the services provided by Hunt’s Dog Waste Control (“we,” “us,” or “our”), a pooper scooper and dog waste removal business based in Huber Heights, OH. By accessing our website, completing the client onboarding process, or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services. We are committed to providing high-quality service and maintaining a professional relationship with our clients. Our services are provided on a no-contract, cancel-anytime basis, with month-to-month subscriptions. We reserve the right to update these Terms as needed, and changes will be communicated via email at least 30 days in advance where applicable.
Services
We offer the following pooper scooper and dog waste removal services in Huber Heights, OH, and surrounding areas:
- Twice Weekly cleanups
- Weekly cleanups
- Biweekly cleanups
- Monthly cleanups
- One Time cleanups
Services will be performed using standard scooping tools and accelerated hydrogen peroxide disinfectant for sanitation. To ensure hygiene and minimize contamination risks, we utilize disposable gloves, and shoe covers during each visit, sanitize all equipment between services, and double-bag pet waste to contain odors effectively.
You may specify preferred service days (Monday–Friday) during signup. While we strive to accommodate your preferred days, scheduling conflicts may prevent this; however, we are committed to working diligently to arrange a suitable schedule. Services may be rescheduled due to weather conditions or holidays. We operate primarily on a Monday-to-Friday basis. Rescheduled services will be communicated to you via text message and/or email. If your normal service schedule falls on a Friday and is rescheduled due to extreme weather, we may provide service on the following Saturday to ensure your lawn is maintained. However, we aim to avoid disrupting your weekend at home whenever possible.
We will send an “on the way” notification prior to arriving at the property, as well as a “service completed” notification, which may include photographs of the closed gate (if applicable), to confirm the service has been performed and the property secured.
Waste Disposal
All pet waste will be double-bagged and placed in your designated garbage bin. If the garbage bin is unavailable, waste will be neatly placed along the side of your home. The client is responsible for ensuring access to a garbage bin or a suitable placement area.
Payment Terms
- Subscription Fee: Pricing is based on your number of dogs and on the selected frequency (e.g., $X for weekly, $Y for twice-weekly). All payments are due on the 1st of each month.
- One-time Service Fee: Pricing is set at $Z and must be paid prior to service.
- Invoices will be sent on the 1st of each month, reflecting the total price for the selected service frequency and any one-time services. Clients enrolled in autopay with a valid credit or debit card on file will have their payment automatically deducted on the 1st of each month. Clients not enrolled in autopay may pay via cash or check, which must be received by the 1st of each month, or through debit/credit card via the client portal.
- We reserve the right to update pricing as needed. Pricing updates may occur annually and will be communicated via email notification at least 30 days prior to the effective date of any change.
- Refunds will only be issued for services that have not yet been completed. Complimentary services, offered exclusively to new subscription clients for their initial service and through our “Refer a Friend” program (wherein existing clients who refer a new subscriber—resulting in a successful sign-up—receive one free service), are non-refundable.
User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide unobstructed access to the designated areas of the property on scheduled service days, including keeping gates unlocked to facilitate safe and efficient service.
- Notify us in advance of any need to cancel, pause, or modify scheduled services, providing at least 24 hours’ written notice.
- Keep all dogs indoors during the performance of services to ensure the safety of both pets and our personnel.
- Promptly inform us of any changes in property conditions, such as new hazards, landscaping alterations, or the addition of pets, to maintain a safe working environment.
- Maintain the property free of excessive debris or obstacles that could impede service delivery, unless otherwise communicated in advance.
- Submit accurate information during onboarding.
Failure to comply may result in service delays or termination.
Communication Authorization for Services
As part of our services, you authorize us to contact you via phone, text, or email using the contact information provided during the client onboarding process via our website, effective upon agreeing to these Terms.
Marketing Communication Consent
By using our services, you may opt-in to receive marketing notifications via text, phone, or email regarding promotions, updates, or special offers. You can opt-out at any time by contacting us at Chad@HuntsDogWasteControl.com or through the unsubscribe link in our emails.
Liability
We are insured under general liability coverage for property damage or injury caused during service. You assume responsibility for any pet-related incidents (e.g., bites) and hazards not disclosed to us. We are not liable for any damages to property unless caused by our gross negligence. Services may be delayed due to weather conditions or holidays and will be rescheduled to the next available business day. We strive to minimize disruptions and communicate changes promptly.
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription or one-time services at any time with no long-term commitment, as these Terms operate on a month-to-month basis. Cancellations require written notice, preferably via email to Chad@HuntsDogWasteControl.com or through the client portal. We reserve the right to cancel services with 24 hours’ notice or immediately for non-payment. Refunds for cancellations will only be issued for services that have not yet been completed.
Total Price
- Subscription Fee (based on number of dogs and selected frequency): Pricing varies (e.g., weekly at $X, twice-weekly at $Y).
Termination
We reserve the right to terminate your access to our services at our discretion, including but not limited to cases of misuse, non-payment, or any other reason we deem necessary. You may terminate your service at any time by notifying us in writing or through the client portal. Upon termination, any outstanding payments must be settled, and refunds will only be issued for services that have not yet been completed.
Intellectual Property
All content on HuntsDogWasteControl.com, including text, logos, and design, is the property of Hunt’s Dog Waste Control and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify this content without our written permission.
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved in the courts of the State of Ohio. We encourage amicable resolution through direct communication before pursuing legal action.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect changes in our services or legal requirements and will notify you via email of significant changes. The updated Terms will be posted on our website with the revision date.
